The Two-Year Promise
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a covered congenital or hereditary condition within 24 months, we replace your puppy or refund the purchase price — your choice. You keep your dog either way. We would never ask a family to give a dog back to honour a guarantee.
The Fine Print, Plainly
What is and is not covered
Covered
Congenital and hereditary conditions that are life-threatening or life-limiting, diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 24 months of the go-home date, and confirmed by a second opinion if either of us asks for one.
Not covered
Accidents, injury, parasites, infectious disease, obesity-related problems, and conditions arising from neglect or lack of routine veterinary care. A 72-hour general health check with your own vet is required to activate the guarantee.
The full contract is sent with your deposit paperwork, before any money changes hands. Read it, ask about anything unclear, then sign.
