From application to homecoming
Roughly four to ten weeks, depending on the puppy's age. Nothing is taken from you until step three.
Apply
Fill in the application. It asks about your home, your schedule and your experience — not to be nosy, but because temperament matching is the difference between a good placement and a returned dog. Free, no obligation, and Sophia reads every one personally, usually within 24 hours.
We talk
A phone or WhatsApp conversation. You ask everything you want about health testing, the parents, the guarantee. We ask about your household. If we are not a fit, this is where we say so — and roughly eight in nine applications end here.
Reserve with a deposit
A deposit takes your puppy off the site the same day and comes off the final price. We send the contract and the health guarantee first — read it, ask anything, then sign. Card, bank transfer or Zelle.
Weekly updates until eight weeks
Photos and video every week. You watch your puppy's ears come up and its personality arrive. Ask for extra photos any time; nobody has ever annoyed us by asking.
Final vet clearance
Second veterinary exam, final age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip registered in your name, and the medical file assembled.
Homecoming
Pickup in person, ground nanny to your door, or flight nanny in the cabin. Balance is due before travel. Then you get a call from us the following week to see how the first nights went.
