What we handle for you
- Health certificate for travelIssued by our veterinarian within the window your airline or state requires.
- Booking and coordinationWe arrange the nanny, share the itinerary and stay reachable the entire journey.
- Travel crate and comfort itemsCorrectly sized crate, absorbent bedding and the scent blanket from the litter.
- Feeding and water scheduleWritten out for the nanny and followed to the hour so your puppy arrives settled.
Delivery is quoted separately and up front — it is never bundled into the puppy price or added at the last minute.
While Your Puppy Travels
Follow the journey the whole way
Once your deposit clears we send you a tracking code. Open it on any phone and you will see where your puppy is in the process, the current status, an expected arrival time, and photos we add at every stop.
We update it by hand rather than pretending to have a GPS tracker strapped to a puppy. What you get instead is better: a photo of your dog, awake and fine, taken twenty minutes ago.
