A $500 deposit takes the puppy off the site and holds it in your name. It comes off the final price. Deposits are non-refundable — that is what makes them meaningful — but they are fully transferable to a future litter if your timing changes.

Health testing both parents, veterinary care, quality food, registration, microchipping, insurance and a two-year guarantee all cost real money before a puppy ever leaves. A cheaper puppy usually means one of those was skipped, and you pay for it later at the vet. We would rather be honest about the price up front.

Yes, and we encourage it once your application is approved. You will meet the puppy, the mother, and see exactly where they are raised. We schedule visits after approval so the litter is not exposed to constant foot traffic — that is a health precaution, not a brush-off.

Congenital and hereditary conditions diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 24 months of going home. If that happens you choose: a replacement puppy from a future litter, or a refund of the purchase price. You keep your dog either way — we would never ask a family to give a dog back to honour a guarantee.

We deliver, we do not ship. Your puppy never rides in cargo. It is either a licensed ground nanny driving door to door with regular stops, or a flight nanny holding your puppy in the cabin. Both send photo updates the entire way.

Eight weeks at the earliest, and often nine or ten for the smaller French Bulldogs. Those extra weeks with mum and littermates matter enormously for bite inhibition and confidence. We do not rush it, even when families ask.

Then you join the waitlist and wait for the right one — which we would genuinely prefer over placing a puppy that does not fit your home. Waitlist families are contacted before anything is posted publicly.

Yes, and yes. Ask and we will send the certificates and DNA panel results for both parents of any puppy you are interested in. If a breeder hesitates when you ask this question, walk away.
